Although SDPLLC works in good-faith with resellers, advertisers, and subsidiaries there of, and with the public to offer "VIP-line / No-cover" packages to a number of San Diego nightlife establishments, SDPLLC, resellers, advertisers, and subsidiaries there of, are not responsible for any admissions related problems or issues you may experience with San Diego Passport nightclub credentials. SDPLLC, resellers, advertisers, and subsidiaries there of, do not guarantee any VIP services of any kind at any of the establishments listed or in the included packet. Terms of admission may change at the sole discretion of any of the participating establishments listed in the packet. The holder of the San Diego Passport has the ultimate responsibility to make sure the information in said passes are current and accurate. Certain blackout dates and exclusions apply. Holder is further responsible for following: all state and federal laws, venue rules, dress codes, restrictions, etc. of each of the included establishments. SDPLLC, resellers, and subsidiaries there of, shall not be liable for personal injury, damage or property loss from the acts, omissions or negligence of any person or entity involved with SDPLLC, resellers, advertisers, and subsidiaries there of. SDPLLC are not responsible for any inconvenience that may ensue, if you are denied access for any reason, including but not limited to the above mentioned. Clubs and Venues are subject to change without notice. SDPLLC is not responsible for time spent in VIP line. San Diego Passport printed material has no cash value.
Entry disclaimer:
When a club reaches maximum capacity. You may be asked to stand in a VIP line until capacity is decreased. This is due to Fire Code regulations; SanDiego-Passport and nightclub venues must follow local and state fire-codes and are not responsible for inconveniences based upon LAW. That said.... Passport suggests that you get to the most popular clubs early to avoid wait.

Return Policy:
San Diego-Passport, LLC will accept returns of the San Diego Passport package and refund patron, provided: Original Seal is unbroken, or if all passes and printed materials are present and Passport Package was purchased through a SanDiego-Passport retail outlet.

*A 20% restocking fee will apply for each Package returned. Some Reseller Partners reserve the right to no refunds or cancellations. San Diego-Passport is NOT RESPONSIBLE for refunds or credits to 3rd party patrons. (Clients who purchase through outside retail sales channels)
